Intellisense for AngularJS

I know it's going to be tough to go against the KO that is already in there... but I'm just saying would be preeetttttyyy sweeeet.

        Since WebStorm is such a pain (4 hours invested in configuration and troubleshooting), then 'hell yeah', VS has to be better.

        I found the file in C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 11.0\Common7\Packages\schemas\html\ directory.
        Replaced and its working nice. :) :)

        yes, it works - nice to have some AngularJS stubs for controllers, services, and directives as well

        Let's get intellisense for AngularJS in VS 2012 - It is needed as I believe it is an important development tool
